As a Culture Coach, Kathryn Alexander works with companies ranging from Fortune 50 to start-ups. She loves working with values-based leaders who are in touch with cutting edge business practices and who see personal learning and development as a key piece of their leadership style.

She has a passion for change and her deep interest in systems thinking and nature made it a natural for her to become a leader in sustainability.

By starting with the end in mind she enjoys working at the strategic end and then backcasting from strategy to culture to leadership ensuring alignment and organizational coherence through to the customer.

Kathryn has been speaking since 1994 and has spoken world-wide, giving presentations in Mexico, Italy and Spain. She has spoken before groups of all sizes and all industries from accountants in the oil and gas industry to the National Image Council, to the American Society for Quality.
