I work with folks to help think
through sticky ethical issues.

We can work on a one-time basis or in several sessions, if the challenge is huge. The issue may be personal or business, large or small, current or lingering from the past. In any case I will help you find your own solution—one that you can be proud of and that will bring you peace.

If you have the responsibility to shift your culture at work, then our relationship will be for a longer term and I have other tools and methods to help.

Ethics is the place where spirituality and legal issues meet. The hardest issues are often 'right and right' situations where there are no clear answers. It helps to 'think out loud' with someone who is not judgmental and who will help you find your own path.
