Ethical Impact Consulting
We help companies become and stay ethical by showing the hidden dynamics in the organization that prevent employees from acting ethically.
Most employees know right from wrong - the real issue is why they don't act on what they know?

"Introducing the concepts of quality management with the primary objective of improved customer service to a large and diverse organization such as ours (and getting us to understand) is no small task.....Thanks for the help. It was a very good experience."

~Don Munakata, Chief Bureau of Engineering, Department of Public Works

We welcome the challenge of making your vision come alive.

In partnership with you and your organization we work as a team in a collaborative effort where all the players participate in co-creating the best solutions.

There is considerable satisfaction in working with people who let us join our ideas to theirs and then help turn those ideas into a finished work that pleases everyone. Often the best approaches are discovered in process not designed at the out set. There are no formulas here, only give and take, some improvisation, good learning, and generous mutual respect.

The beauty of life is that there is more than one answer to each question. So, from a holistic and systemic perspective, we see our collaboration as a "work of art" and a "dance" of improvisation. Working together we can discover the right approach to fine tuned customer service, long-term strategic vision, dynamic leadership development and a sustainable, effective, enjoybale workplace that exemplifies the best in ethical decision making.
